Skilled Nominated (Subclass 190) visa
This visa allows employers to sponsor staff for a period of up to 4 years. Businesses which have no representation in Australia may bring employees to Australia to establish a branch, joint venture or agency distributorship and subsidiary branches in Australia, or to fulfil obligations for a contract or other business activity in Australia.
